Other terms & conditions:-

  • Prices are subject to revision without any prior notice and price ruling on the date of bookings and acceptance by the company only shall be applicable.
  • The scheme can be closed at the sole discretion of the company.
  • The other terms and conditions of sale would be as per the standard allotment letter of the company.
  • The registration charges,PFC charge,EDC charge,IDC charge,PBC charge,ECC charge, Freehold Charge, Fire fighting charges,stamp duty,legal documentation charges and any other govt. levies are in addition to the aforesaid price.
  • If any installment/payment is not paid when it becomes due,the Company will charge interest @ 18% p.a. compounded quarterly on the delayed payment for the period of delay.
  • 35% of the amount deposited amount(including taxes etc.) by the Buyer/Allottee shall stand forfeited in case of delay in payment of installments or in case of cancellation of allotment due to non-fulfillment of any terms and conditions of this Agreement.
  • In case we do not receive the 1st installment plus applicable interest, within another 30 days (effectively 60 days from booking date), the Application would AUTOMATICALLY be cancelled, the onus of which would lie solely on the client and we do not need to inform anyone.
  • All the other conditions of the scheme will be applicable. Actual Size may marginally vary.
  • This price list supersedes all previous price list.
